Iberico Ham

Iberian ham is different from others due to its high quality purebred, texture, flavor, infiltration of fat in its flesh and by its feeding of acorns.In Spain we can distinguish two varieties, one is the Iberian ham, coming from Iberian pigs and the other coming from white pigs is known as ham or Serrano ham.
