We, Maritime Manpower Services Co., Ltd has register office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, are extensively and professionally acting not only as the crew manning in Vietnam but also as Broker, Ship charterers and Ship agents.

 Crew management is our core business with experienced crew list for LNG/LPG; chemical, product and oil tankers; bulk vessels; container vessels.


We are currently providing crews to most of shipping company in Vietnams and Ship Management as Wilhelmsen; TRAMP and TRUST…ect. Additionally, we are providing our customers with most of maritime services including:


Logistics & shipping agency;  Ship towage and ship repairs;  Maritime spare parts and equipments supply; Marine brokings; Operating buoys and sea ports;...etc


Following the principle of honesty and credibility, MARITIMEPOWER promises to provide qualified seamen as well as high quality, efficient and satisfactory services to all of our domestic and international clients. 


MARITIMEPOWER is wholly owned but co-operating with good company which approved and authorized by the Vietnam Ministry of Commerce for the export of sea and shore personnel, MARITIMEPOWER has been engaged in international labor supply and management business and has gained extensive experiences in this area. We have a high level management team and teams of seamen and shore workers. MARITIMEPOWER maitains close contacts with relevant international organizations, government institutions, industry associations and business contacts in the same industry. MARITIMEPOWER has also established close cooperative relationships with domestic and international clients. 


MARITIMEPOWER has provided many many seafarers and other personnel to our clients since it was founded. We have streamlined our services in recruitment and training, certification, assignment and post-assignment management, all of which is designed to simplify procedures to better serve our customers. Aside from the streamlined services from recruitment to personnel management, we also provides individualized service packages to our customers upon request. 


Our company adheres to stringent international quality assurance criteria. We have also established, jointly with several university and colleges and key provinces and cities across the country, trainning and recruitment centers of seamen.
