PPARC is a private based community development organization whose responsibility is solely to educate, enhances the creativity and technical know- how of individual in a community and is a division of Penn Pharmaceuticals Ltd which was inaugurated and registered in 2010 in Nigeria.We exist to empower charities, non-governmental organization, professional associations, trade unions, faith groups and cultural practitioners. We equip these groups with the tools required to contribute to national and international goals of good governance, sustainable development and cultural diversity. We act as a vital resource for students interested in vocational studies, enabling them to raise their voices, instigate change, and fashion a better world.
