GTM is the official and sole representative of BuildBlock Building Systems - USA. Currently we are the only company in Egypt that manufactures ICFs for thermally insulated monolithic constructions which are fire retardant, sound resistant, 4-times stronger than traditional buildings and takes only 20% of the usual time to finish saving the cost of labor, bricks, wood work and metal work. Our structures are based on Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) concept. Our buildings will save you monthly 70% of your electrical bills and are more environmentally sustainable than any other construction method, ICFs can furnish the basis for 27 LEED points.

Concerning speed, using our unique system you may build a two-floor villa on 600 sq.m in 1-month using only 6 builders. The building is guaranteed for a life time of 200-years.
