Company Description

NJ Personal Training offers private MMA and fitness instruction from a certified
trainer. Train one to one with the best exercise and martial arts instructor. Learn
Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Boxing.

NJ Personal Training and MMA was started in 2007 by Travis Roesler. The first
location was in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, but 3 years later it moved to the lovely
state of New Jersey in the town of Red Bank. The studio has always revolved
around martial arts training but any training goal can be accomplished here.
Exercise physiology and nutrition are applied to each client's individual needs,
and that's why we can guarantee success!

If you're on my page, you're either looking for a personal trainer or a mixed martial arts trainer. That's good news because you don't have to feel out of shape anymore, AND you can learn how to kick some butt. I can help you shed every ounce of body fat that you have and help you build some muscle while you build a powerful skill. I'm going to teach you some kickboxing, regular boxing, and MMA moves…if you like mixed martial arts. I figure that you might as well learn something useful when you get in amazing shape. This stuff keeps me insanely fit, and I used to be a fat guy. (You can check out the before and after pictures on my website…it was pretty bad).
                                                                                                                                                            I have a degree in nutrition, so I can work with you on your diet and such. This is really important. I'm a bit of a nerd so I've studied exercise science and kinesiology extensively. Changing your body's shape isn't really that difficult if you apply a little science and the CORRECT METHOD. It's unfortunate that people waste a lot of time doing stuff that just doesn't work. For example, did you know that if you're breathing hard during your cardio, you're not burning as much fat as if you were training at a pace where you're NOT out of breath? That's crazy right?
                                                                                                                                                             If you train with me, you WILL get where you want to physically…and I can teach you how to STAY that way, whether you continue with my personal training service or not.
