Our business has grown over the years and we continue to expand. David Larkin established Larkin and Associates in 1994 at the age of twenty one. Larkin and Associates was based out of Antioch, IL and by this time David had already received several recognitions for his abilities. In 1991 and 1992 David placed first in VICA state wide competitions, becoming the first and youngest to ever win the competition two times. From 1994 until 2004 we focused on new construction, building custom and semi-custom homes in Northern Illinois for several developers and architects. In 2004 we expanded our business to include a remodeling division and opened an office in Chicago IL.

Early 2009 we decided we needed an cosmetic update and became the current DAL Builders Inc. We now have offices in Chicago IL and Wilmette IL providing a wide range of services which includes new construction and remodeling for both residential and commercial clients. Our job base ranges from a few thousand dollar remodeling project to multi million dollar new construction. We employ our own carpenters, laborers and project managers. In addition, we work closely with a team of licensed and insured sub-contractors to provide a quality product at a honest price.

We are a green certified environmentally friendly business offering employee incentives for there contributions to our commitment. In 2009, we were featured in several trade magazines and received seven separate awards for our high level of service. We received the high designation “best contractor in nation” by a major online and TV advertiser. We are constantly expanding our services and service area.
