We are offering Flyer Cleaning Machine. this machine could be used to clean both physical & chemical impurities in the flyer, physical impurities include fly fibre, dust etc & chemical impurities include cotton wax, spin finish of synthetic fibres etc.
the flyer washing device is equipped with a pressure pump and an electrical continuous flow heater which heats the cleaning water up to approx. 65c. the water is then lead via a pressure hose, safety gun and spraying nozzle to the flyer. the cleaning water is recycled via a return pipe, a filter and a suction pump. the required fixtures are arranged on a mobile carriage which can be moved along the roving frame, and each flayer position can be reached via flexible pipes.

advantages:
excellent cleaning effect can be achieved when compared to manual cleaning that results in lower friction in the roving channel which in turn leads to lower end breaks in roving, better evenness of the roving and improvement in quality.
lower downtime for cleaning. the whole cleaning process per frame is only around 1-2 hours.
machine is easy to operate and lower labour requirement.
