It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
January 28, 1998 and with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on March 26,
1999. It commenced its operations in the last quarter of 1999, as a
two-product company. It concentrated its operations in the trading of
crop protection chemicals, and fertilizers, being capital intensive,
were sidelined.

Barely a year after the initial success of its first product, the
company added two more products to its portfolio. At present, it has 28  registered products. It is continually expanding owing to its continued
marketing success.

With over 10 years' experience, the scope of its operations covers
the research & development of innovative products, importation and
local purchase of the technical and inert materials of a particular
product, and the formulation, warehousing and supply of finished
products to its distributors.
