CyBERTH Phils. Inc. is a privately-owned Philippine company dedicated
to providing the highest quality and competitively-priced products to
agricultural and environmental health industries. It is a leading
supplier of crop protection and plant nutrition products to farmers and

It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
January 28, 1998 and with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on March 26,
1999. It commenced its operations in the last quarter of 1999, as a
two-product company. It concentrated its operations in the trading of
crop protection chemicals, and fertilizers, being capital intensive,
were sidelined.

Barely a year after the initial success of its first product, the
company added two more products to its portfolio. At present, it has 28  registered products. It is continually expanding owing to its continued

local purchase of the technical and inert materials of a particular
