Frontline Care Solutions specialises in learning &
development solutions for aged care facilities, community care organisations,

Frontline Care Solutions was formed by a group of
professional clinicians and consultants who have passion and vision in the Aged
and Community sector. We provide up-to-date evidence-based solutions in the
areas of personal care, communications, frontline management, effective team,
documentation and accountability.  Our
mission is to provide: the best outcomes for residents and clients; the best
outcomes for care workers; and the best outcomes for service providers.

Our seminars are delivered both face-to-face and with online
learning platforms. We provide up-to-date evidence-based training in the areas
of ACFI, challenging behaviours, care planning & case conferencing, pain
management, palliative care, counselling skills, culture & diversity,
performance management and sexuality in the elderly.  Our extended leadership training programs
includes both the Multi-disciplinary Health Team Leaders course and our highly
sought after Diploma of Management (Aged Care) course (which includes a pathway
for students to progress to higher level studies).

Frontline Care Solutions’ quality documentation management
systems include policy manuals for residential aged care facilities and
community care organisations as well as clinical procedures and auditing
systems.

development & e-learning packages, individual clinical procedures, and
