Since establishment more than 60 construction projects were performed with extreme precision within the required time-lines with the compliance with laws of industrial safety.

The largest project performed by El Karnak was for Senteriuon Petroluem Company for 6 million EGP.

The company now owns some of the most reliant working machines in the mechanical foundations industry such as (Casagrande C20, Soilmec CM-40, etc.).
