    Conglin Aluminum Co., Ltd. is the backbone subsidiary company of the State-class group company Shandong Conglin Group Corp. It is a high and new tech aluminum profile manufacturing company. The products are widely used in aerospace, military, metro and large building construction. The products are exported to overseas countries and regions like USA, Japan, Canada, UK, Holland, Spain and Denmark.

   The company now has 23 sets of extrusion presses including 660 tons, 880 tons, 1800 tons, 3000 tons, 4000tons, 4400tons, 5500 tons, 6000tons, 7000ton, 8000 tons, 9000tons and 10,000 tons. The 10000 ton press can extrude super large profiled product with a maximal breadth of 970mm, maximal diameter 600mm and maximal length of 30 meters. Total annual output is 100,000 tons of building and construction extrusion material, door and window profile, certain wall and industrial profiles. with annual output of 2000,000 pieces aluminum-copper heating radiators.2 full automatic lines of oxidation, staining, electrophoretic painting, heat insulation compounding/powder painting, wood-grainy painting, which can do the mill finish for the structural profile, industrial profile and radiator to meet the customer personal requirements; 30 meters 5 axes machining center from Fooke Germany, walking welding robot newly developed by Cloos Germany can do high precision machining for all kinds of industrial profile, with annual output of rail vehicle system components and modules 3000sets,5000 side-open vans.

      Conglin can design and make the high quality aluminum extruding dies with the help of CAD\CAM and three-dimensional system, which used on the whole digital control lathe made by Japan, Israel and Germany. The scanning system, direct-reading spectrographor, mechanical property testing machine, metallographic testing system, bending test machine and Ultrasonic explore equipment can provide full range inspection of the products before, during and after the production process.

      The company has passed ISO9001 quality system in 1997.In 2004; the 10000-ton press is awarded the "National Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress Grade I”.
