The headquarters of Acttec(Beijing) Technology Development Co.,Ltd. is located in Beijing Haidian Park-Zhongguancun Science&Technology Park, China. The R&D and production branch offices are located in Z-Park CRD Overseas Students Incubator， Zhongguancun Shijingshan Science Park. The existing assets is up to 10 million RMB. In 2007, the company signed an exclusive agreement with HUIZHONG Group, Acttec undertakes the overseas sales of security power, Battery Online Monitoring System and Battery Online Maintenance System, also the business of selling customized power and other power products in China domestic market.

HUIZHONG Group has a long history in China power industry, strong R&D strength and wide range of products, ISO 9000 quality management systems, also a number of products have UL and CE certification. powerful hardware: more than 12,000 square meters' R&D and production sites, 300 registered staff, power routine test laboratory, ex-factory checking workshop, instrument measurement laboratory, and other variety of advanced R&D measuring&testing equipments.
