General Procedures and Requirements for Executing Trades:

â?¢ Following receipt of LOI, we provide complete Specifications and Procedures;

â?¢ LOI - must provide complete and detailed contact information;

â?¢ LOI - confirm your interest in specific products, including required specifications;

â?¢ LOI - confirm ability to provide DOCUMENTARY form letter-of-credit, drawn on any world-class international bank (AWB);

â?¢ We require execution of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (CND), by all parties, with complete disclosure and detailed contact information;

â?¢ BUYER to follow with ICPO and soft bank probe approval;

â?¢ Upon receipt of DRAFT Documentary Letter-of-Credit (LC), SELLER will provide sale and purchase agreement (SAP) and proof-of-product (POP).
