Our focus is in processes, systems and human capital development. Since
our inception in May 1999 we have grown to become a leading training and
consultancy services provider in the region. Our coaching facilitators and
consultants are highly qualified and each of them has experience exceeding 25
years in their respective field. Prior to training and consultancy, they had
served in established foreign multinationals which are household names in
Malaysia. Over the years we have grown to serve a diverse range of sectors
namely manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, storage and warehousing,
trading and distribution, laboratories, telecommunications, customer service,
hotels and resorts. We have acquired knowledge and experience working with
organisations from both the public sector and private sector. They have ranged
from the large multinationals to the small and medium sized organisations.


We are registered with the Ministry of Finance (Malaysia), PSMB, Telekom
Malaysia, iNARTE (International Association for Radio, Telecommunications and
Electromagnetics), Indah Water Malaysia and MWA (Malaysian Water Association).

We are the sole licensed partner of Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), American Certification Institute (ACI) and International Purchasing & Supply Chain Management Institute (IPSCMI). We provide certification courses to individuals who are keen to build their competencies and gain recognition internationally as professionals. These courses are recognized in over 60 countries.
