Staff Training

Comprehensive
manpower training in all the various levels of the Hospitals as pertains to the
use and management of PDEL HMS will be offered during the implementation
periods.

 

Backups and Restores

This
is a back-end module used primarily to backup and restore the PDEL HMS data and
information. This module contains components for scheduled automatic and manual
backups of the system data to guard against disaster relating to system crash
as results of natural causes. The restore component allows for restoring a
previously backup data into production for use by PDEL.

 

User Support and System Maintenance
Services

Periodic
maintenance services will be offered as and when required, usually on monthly
bases and also when called upon.
