Company Background
Habib Intelligent Software Limited (hisoft) formed on the November of 2001. The former
chairman of Hisoft is Late Prof. A. K. M. Habibur Rahman, MA, LLB, DPM, DIM. Advocate, Ex-EVP  & Company Secretary, Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. Under his supervision Hisoft learn to crawl.  Now Hisoft is well matured & it has incorporated as Habib Intelligent Software Developer in 2005
and become Habib Intelligent Software limited in 2010 under the leadership of Chairman Dr.
M. Emranul Haque, & Managing Director-CEO M. Ashraful Haque started to guide the company
and still his guidelines are showing the way towards success.
