Loading Supervision and container sealing.
When the goods are ready for loading into containers, loading supervision is carried out. Random quality checks are performed before loading. Packaging condition, product quantity, loading process are verified and container.
Site Visit
Auditor goes to a company to evaluate verbal, written and visual evidence. The purposes of site visits includes observing facilities,production methods and documentation reviewing.
Inline inspection services: This Inspection shall be performed at the initial stage of production where the first pieces are ready and verified against basic product specification, like measurement and workmanship.
FRI - Final Random Inspection: This Inspection shall be performed at the end of production where the goods are ready for shipment in fully packed condition as per contractual requirement.
Factory Audits: Factory evaluation service provides a knowledge of factory's capability to produce a particular product. It includes:
Review of factory's capability of machine, Men, Method, Equipment and production capacity etc.
Review of Quality control of incoming materials, inventory, factory's internal records and their evaluation.
Review of test equipment of functionality and calibration records.
Review of final inspection and test status of all shipments which are delivered from the factory are under gone proper inspection and testing for at least basic requirements.
