Crossfit Brandon

Established 7 May 2012, we are the first Crossfit Affiliate in Brandon. You’ll find Olympic barbells, gymnastic rings, squat racks, kettlebells and a few surprises. At CrossFit Brandon, using basic to advanced barbell techniques, plyometric movements and running, you’ll be able to transform yourself into a healthier person.
