We are 100% Australian family owned company with generational bee keeping history originating in Europe. Our honey is collected on our bee farms in Byron Bay and Coffs Harbour in Australia by our bees and by certified apiarists in remote and pristine forest of Australia. Each honey we collect it has region and time of vintage, similar to wine industry which has time of vintage & region. Also, we produce Australia's MANUKA honey. Australia has 83 species of Leptospermum or Manuka with 12 so far identified as bioactive.
