organization for manufacture of special cutting tools like Thread Cutting

Taps, Form Tools, Cutters and other such products.

The organisation is headed by a West Germany trained Technocrat,

with extensive knowledge and experience of over thirty years in the field

of manufacture of special cutting tools. Extremely well qualified

professionals for Sales, Production, Research and After Sales support

back the organisation. The products are manufactured on the best

machines available for the particular process and the stable includes

Swiss Thread Grinders from Reishauer and Profile Grinder from Wasino,

Japan, Relieving Lathe from WMW. Also available in house are excellent

Cylindrical Grinders, Surface Grinders, Tool and Cutters and Milling and

Turning Centers.

SIX AXIS CNC GROUND CUTTING TOOLS

We have in our facility a six axis CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder, to grind all kinds of imaginable cutting tools either in solid carbide or hss. The tools with very minimal moq, can be produced exactly as per customer requirements, with ability to control each an every parameter independently, to meet today's complex design and cutting requirements.

The products under our manufacturing range include:

THREAD CUTTING TOOLS:

1. Taps: Thread Cutting Taps, as per various Standards and Specifications,

with capacity ranging from Dia 2mm to Dia 200mm, and, with Pitch in

the range of 0.25mm to 80mm.

2. Thread Rolling Dies: For Thread Rolling Machines, of various Dia up to

200mm and as per width required. Options for In-feed as well as

Through-feed Dies. The same can be manufactured in High Speed Steel

and Die Steel

3. Thread Gauges: Manufacture of Plug Gauges and External Thread

Gauges as per Standards and Specifications.

4. Serration Milling Cutters: With Ground Threads and Ground Relief to

achieve desired accuracy
