2. For over ten years, the company is constantly correcting, introducing, improving, and updating conventional idea. Pay special attention to the new variety which are of high degree of difficulty in technology development, put complete assemble such as mold design, die casting, machine processing, polishing, sandblasting, surface treatment, mould-spraying, paint-spraying, and electroplate. 3. At present, our company has 25000 square meters of land. The factory building is 15000 square meters; among them the electroplate factory building covers 4600 square meters; 300 staff; zinc, aluminium die casting machines: 5 sets of 25T, 5 sets of 63T, 2 sets of 100T, 2sets of 180T, 2 sets of 280T, 1 set of 400T, and 1 set of 600T, we prepare for 30 sets. A manual and full automatic paint-roasting, mould-spraying line; colors of manual and semi automatic electroplate are such as: chromium-plating, blue and green ancient copper, imitate gold, wire drawing nickel, sha ding chromium, sha ding nickel, and an aluminium alloy electroplate line. Fixed CNC accurate processing checkout equipment forms a complete set for the big company from die casting to finished product.

The production capacity of zinc, aluminium alloy is 3000T annually; the main products take zinc alloy as the core, for instance: Electron, machinery, fittings, doors and windows, decoration pieces for bathroom, some automobile fittings. The products are sold to the domestic and international big companies, for instance: Such countries as U.S.A., Canada, Japan, Germany, S. Korea, Taiwan, etc. The export products account for 80% of total output. We are the satisfactory supplier for the demand of world casting industry.
