established in 2000，Louis-Mould is specialized in designing and producing plastic moulds, our main products include bumper, automotive inner trim parts, refrigerator, air-condition,washing machine, water dispenser high standard moulds. Also, Louis-Mould is professional in other high standard moulds design and manufacture, such as industry dust bin, various bin moulds, crate, chair, thin wall injection moulds, PET perform moulds, die-casting moulds. The biggest mould we can make currently is 26TON. We can also deal with OEM orders, such as plastic injection production, coating, screen printing, and bronzing.



Covering a factory area of 5,100 square meter in Bao An district, Shen Zhen city, we process modern workshops and advanced mould processing machines with excellent and professional CAD/CAM system. We now have more than 300 skillful staff, from which 30 are designers and engineers. We use Pro-E2001, Solidworks2005, UGnx3, and AutoCAD2004 for moulds and plastic parts design. With very strong mould designing and drawing reading ability, we canensure the good technical communications with clients, which can avoid any mistakes.
