Jiaxing Huamei Garments Co., Ltd located in city of Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province established in 2000 in Jiaxing. The straight distance from the city to Shanghai, the biggest port of air and sea of China, is only 100 miles.
The company has about 300 employees. Among them, management and technicians about 40-50. Modern sewing workrooms are built with imported machinery from Japan.
The company mainly produces medium and high-class silk garments in various styles, also manufacturing cotton, wool and other kind of garments. The usual output of the company is up to 100,000 pieces per month. The orders from American Express, Limited Stores, Banana Republic, CHICOS, NAUTICA, MAY, CLUB MONACO, NEXT, ARMANI etc. The quality of our products enjoys a good reputation in the United States fashion market.
For the quality control, all the fabric is inspected based on America 4 points system in all color and lots before cutting. One hundred percent trim and accessories are inspected prior to bulk proceeded. Before beginning bulk, there will hold a pp meeting and a small pilot run. We have our own QA team. The QA team is independent and involve in whole production process. The quality standard for workmanship and appearance of garment is Acceptable Quality Level tightens 2.5. It is followed by factory QA team strictly.
Our factory is complied with customerâ??s requirement on labor standard. We pass compliance audit and especially passed ITS compliance audit for CHICOâ??S at first time.
