Shanghai DCH Food Industries Ltd. is a wholly foreign invested company in Shanghai by Hong Kong Dah Chong Hong Group Ltd. under CITIC (China International Trust and Investment Corporation). Rong Zhijian, the son of the former vice-Chairman of China, is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Group Company.



DCH Hong Kong has a staff of more than 5,000, and is one of the biggest companies in Hong Kong with a history of over 50 years.



Shanghai DCH Food Industries Ltd. was established in 1993, deals mainly in frozen foods such as beef, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables, most of which are imported.
