My Company is involve in making achara, a Filipino cuisine or side dish. It is made out of papaya fruit which has the enzyme papaisan, known to aid digestion. Added to it are other ingredients like raisins, bell pepper, onion, garlic, cucumber, sugar, salt, vinegar and black pepper.
