My company is looking for an international fishing company to come and work with us in the marine sector in Sierra Leone (West Africa),

Sierra Leone has 485km of coastline giving rise to an EE Z (Exclusive Economic Zone) of over 50, 000 sq. ml. The water, are nutrient rich and Sierra Leone is blessed with highly productive supplies of fish, lobsters, shrimps and shark providing visit scope for marine fishing and related industries. In fact, Sierra Leone is home to perhaps the largest stocks of lobster and shrimp in the whole of West Africa. There is great potential in this sector for well-organised deep-sea fishing. A well-organised fishing fleet for deep-sea resources would be a good earner of foreign exchanged for the investor. The potential yield of the fisheries resources is estimated at around 200,000m annually

We are seeking established fishing companies with reliable Deep Sea Fishing trawlers from China, South East Asia or Europe to set up joint venture to exploit the fishing resources of Sierra Leone.



The role of the Investor would be:

1. To provide the necessary Trawler (s) and Expertise

2. To provide Ministry for Sierra Leone staff

3. To provide and maintain a cold storage facility to cater for by catch

4. To build a fish canning and process factory
