A Quiet Place helps to increase self-esteem and manage feelings in a positive way. A Quiet Place is a programme which was initially developed to help primary school children with emotional literacy. It offers learners an enjoyable, theraputic experience that brings many more benefits to each individual.

It is evidence based, holistic, persoanl development programme, run in partnership with schools, childres homes and other organisations.
