Wuxi Zhenhu Rubber Machinery Factory is a manufacturer specializing in providing various splicing for rubber conveyor belts, repairing and production of equipment for PVC/PU/PE rubber-based conveyor belt splicing, which was established by Mr. Ding Yongming, known as the Father for Chinese Rubber Belt Splicing Vulcanizer. Main products include DRJL rubber belt splicing vulcanizer, rubber belt repairer, belt repairer, PVC/PU/PE rubber-based conveyor belt splicing machine, hobbing machine, laminating machine and cutting machine etc. It owns six major unique and exclusive technologies, especially the second generation of high-efficiency rapid cooling system which has been developed with great significance through modern times (the first generation with copper tube-type cooling system has been currently discarded by our factory). It has occupied an indisputable leading position for our advanced technology. Our products are mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing for conveyor belts such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock, construction material cement, chemical industry and automatic line field etc., which was awarded with National Grade New Product Certificate issued by five ministries as National Science & Technology Department, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Chinese Laboring Department, National Foreign Expert Bureau and National Technology Supervising Bureau and Taurus Prize of Jiangsu Province Excellent Scientific & Technical Product as well as Knight Honor, the Nobel Prize of Universal Awards for personal invention in Belgium. Meanwhile the factory director won the Knight Honor, the highest reputation medal & the Nobel Prize of Universal Awards for personal invention.
