RSX core business is the import and distribution under sole right and under owns brand of novel articles of leisure and adventure, of high quality and that fulfil strictly the European regulations (EEC).
The activity, as w
ell as the constitution of the company, begins in July, 2005, having reached up to the date to agreements with different suppliers for the exclusive distribution in Spain of its articles and references.

Nowadays the company has agreements with a
logistic service provider & custom agent (for the sea & air shipment, customs clearance, storage (tax free warehouse for vehicles & spare parts) and distribution in whole Spain), with a quality control and certification company in China (quality control before shipment).

RSX has sole right agreements with the suppliers (exclusivity for Spain), as well as of the warrant
ies and spare parts (after sales & after market).
In the majority of cases, these agreements are subordinated to the appro
val of the initial samples, as well as the confirmation of the homologation of the references in the European Community
(E
EC & COC 2002/24).

We have established different official dealers on the Spanish territory, witch will manage also the
after market & warranties (together with RSX).

We have closed collaborations with insurance companies for the vehicle
s (in order to offer the new customer the first year of insurance to best conditions), of lubricating oils for the engine and with of rent of vehicles agencies.

RSX has centred its INITIAL EFFORTS in presenting its customers a complete range of
Quads / ATV, as well as of Buggies / Go Karts

In a second step, the PORTFOLIO OF PRODUCTS will be extended by a range
of motorcycles and scooters.

After consolidation on the market with the ATV, Go Karts and Motorcycles & Scooters, the
MIDDLE TERM STRATEGY of RSX is to import (probably not more yet under RSX brand) low cost cars and low cost SUV / 4 x4.
