We are an emerging and motivated trade brokerage based in the USA. We have aligned ourselves with the sellers mandate and in many cases have the ability to contact the end seller directly. It is not important to us how many brokers are involved just that we have an LOI/ICPO with soft probe authorization or a BCL. We MUST also be allowed to contact the end buyer directly to verify validity of the LOI/ICPO. NO ONE WILL BE CIRCUMVENTED! NCNDA's will be completed to protect everyone involved. We are a trustworthy company and will NEVER cut anyone out of a deal. Years ago, before the internet, sellers would provide FCO's etc first. Now due to the mass of brokers and bogus deals floating around the internet, LOI/ICPO MUST COME FIRST. No exceptions! Your time will not be wasted with us. If you represent a real buyer you will close deals with us and our REAL sellers. We are the last brokerage firm you will ever need.
