Value Engineering
At the beginning of every project, Compart Engineers value every part to determine if there are changes that can make the manufacturing process more cost-effective. However, the customer decides if it is practical to make these changes to their design. In addition, many of our existing customers take advantage of this by involving us in the design stage of a new program.

Quality By Design
Quality control is the basis of our manufacturing. We have strict control on the accuracy of our tooling.  Right from the start, we design and build our own inspection tools and fixtures for each job before the product is made. Measurements are monitored in-process, lot samples for each operation are inspected and data is collected for SPC analysis.
