The successful operation of Soyea Hong Kong Ltd. in Hong Kong established in 1991, which serves the American and European markets , led to the establishment of Dongguan Soyea Toys Co. Ltd., and the subsequent establishment of a second Chinese production line, Suzhou Soyea Toys Co., Ltd. near Shanghai.

The company secured a 40% share of the domestic market and has steadily expanded its overseas sales in Japan and the USA.
