Shanghai Yiming Engine Bearing Company

We have three factories in China, Zhejiang Yiming, which is professional producer of bushes. Here we have 80sets production facilities and our monthly output is 1 million pcs. Production ranges: JF-800 Series, SF-1, SF-2, Flange bushes, Non-standard bushes etc. Hubei Yiming and Shanghai Yiming are professional producers of engine bearings. The total area is about 133, 400 square meter, which include 20, 000 square meter workshops and 66, 700 square meter new expended area. We have 256sets special machines, 30sets general purpose machines and 2 production lines for three-layer plated and tin plated.

We have 2 general engineers and 12 technical engineers. 500, 000pcs every month in Shanghai Factory and 2 million pcs erery month in Hubei Factory. Production ranges: Engine bearings with housing diameter from 30mm to 135mm. We have complete set equipments Physics and Chemistry Lab, Measurement Lab in Shanghai Factory, In July of 2005, we have passed ISO/TS16949 Certification (TUV).
