In 1996 when most Chinese suppliers are able to provide only magnets, RareMag was founded in Shanghai China with the goal of producing European and American standard magnetic assemblies to meet customers' request.

1996 to 1997 RareMag spent 1 year to become mature, both technically and practically. From 1998, with his maturity, experience and expertise, RareMag came into his high-growth stage.
