We have been appointed by reputed international bank / finance companies as their approved agent.
1.We prepare a detailed proposal for the new venture to avail finance either from national or international resources. We prepare a complete project report and application form etc.
For the existing venture we render our services for the restructuring of fund. The borrowed fund (loan) bearing higher rate of interest of existing bank can be repaid directly by international financing sources at the less interest bearing loan. The international finance can be availed based on primary and collateral securities.

2.We give our services for the preparation of legal documentation for the loan before sanction and after sanction which consists of preparation of search report, title clear report, valuation of assets, deed of agreement, power of attorney, hypothecation and mortgage of properties.

3.We give our services for preparation of books of accounts and all other relevant records till date the borrower receive the entire disbursement.

4.We give our services to obtain all types of documents for business.
