Xinlei Stone Carving Corporation Limited is located in Quyang, a small town in Hebei Province North China. The artists of Quyang have been carving various types of stone, especially marble, for almost 2,000 years. In the heyday of the Tang dynasty, Quyang was called the home of sculptors. Their products embody perfected vivid detail, smooth curves and the feeling of freewill.
Xinlei Stone Carving Corp. Ltd. was originally known as Quyang Xinlei Carving Factory. Establish
ed in 1996, it has an 8,000 square meters production factory and 2 million RMB in assets. Its employees include 160 professional carving technicians, among them 20 artistic designers, 5 artists and 2 masters of the art.
Xinlei combines traditional or
iental carving techniques with modern western techniques. Most of its products are marble sculptures, including human statues, busts, fireplace mantels, fountains, sculptures for garden and business parks, animals and abstract art. The company also specializes in customized ordering, and can create any sculpture to suit the customer's needs. Its products have been sold to more than 15 countries including U.S., Italy, France, Britain, Belgium and Australia.
With its high quality of the products and s
ervices, the company's market share keeps growing. Xinlei became a limited corporation in 2003. It invested more than 3 million RMB to construct a new 10,000 square meters factory, purchased the latest carving equipment and modernized its production line. Two demo centers were setup in Beijing and Florida to meet the international business demand.
