Our Firm was established in 1988 in Istanbul Ikitelli under the name of Gozde Tekstil Ticaret ve Limited Sirketi. We started to export and import in the same year of our establishment and we have continually increased our capacity. Gozde Tekstil's aim of the establishment is to create some new designs in the home textile sector and thus reach miscellaneous designs in the market. We pledge to give the best service and trust to our customers and at the same time provide the high quality products and services that our customers expect. Under those principles, Gozde Tekstil takes very good position in its sector and it can easily reach a growing capacity and each day increase the customer's portfolio accordingly, until the establishment year.

At the beginning, Gozde Tekstil was just selling the goods, which have a Turkish certificate of origin. However due to the effect of globalization we have entered into the Chinese Market; which has a more competitive price compared to Europe and Turkey. Because of the difficulties of working in the Chinese Market, at the beginning of 2004 it has established a buying branch named as Goldstar Company Limited in China, thus Gozde Tekstil extend its service network. At the beginning, Goldstar Co., Ltd. just promoted to Gozde Tekstil in the home textile sector. However the different demands in different sectors coming from our customers changed that policy and Goldstar started to give service also in other sectors by taking commission. Under the aim of protecting our customer's rights, let them purchase the quality and cheap products without any loss we are inspecting the suppliers according to American 4 Point System. In this way we decrease the mistake ratios to the minimum levels. At the beginning of the production is the first inspection, the middle of the production is the second inspection and at the end of the production (including the loading process) we are making the last inspection and sending the goods to wanted destination. At the end of each control, we are sending the inspection results to our clients and we request them to check that and give the confirmation. After taking confirmation from our client we are ending the inspection process. In the service by taking commission, according to demand of our client we are giving service as; FOB (Transportation cost, insurance cost, custom and custom taxes cost belong to client), CIF (Transportation and insurance cost belong to us, custom and custom taxes belong to client), and all the expenses belong to us (Transportation cost, insurance cost, custom and custom taxes belong to us) deliver to the client's warehouse.
