We are a consulting firm specializing in international project management and sourcing. Past major projects have included managing offset projects in Korea and factory installation in China. JDG Group is the successor firm to FHI International, an agricultural consulting and engineering firm. Current on going projects include agricultural development (fruit and vegetables) and export marketing for the Caribbean area.
