Power Champ Fire Resistant Safe Manufacturing Co. LTD of Shanghai is a subsidiary of Power Champ of Hong Kong. We specialize in manufacturing fire resistant safes. Located in the industrial sector of Shanghai known as Jiadin City, it covers and area of 130, 000 square feet.
The first unit was manufactured in July of 2003 with full production commencing in August of the same year. The main product line is fire resistant record safes that will withstand temperatures of over 1000 degrees.
These safes have many uses, important record storage, stock, stamps, antiques, anything subject to damage by fire.
Our first project was the production of 2 different lines of record safes, portable and freestanding floor models. There are seven models in all. We have a production capacity of well over 100, 000 units
The portable record containers are made of injection molded plastic with a fire resistive core. We have developed advanced techniques in molding to ensure the highest quality. The second line is a line of steel safes that meet the requirements of international standards bodies. We have got U. L. Class350 1-hr fire resistance Certificate, as well as the GB16810 -1997 standards for fire resistance. Power Champ has done all this while maintaining its very competitive pricing.
Our safes have been exported to the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
