our Medical dressing machine use rotary cutting die mode so its main advantage is high productivity, for instance, the productivity of 7619 is 2000pcs/mint. and suit for several materials such as PVC, PE, Nonwoven,elastic cotton fabric and so on. If you choose servo system it can produce several type of trip such as 7619 7625 7220 etc, in one machine, also it have register control function, can fit cartoon label to very piece of product.

hot melt coating machine has two type of coating: spray coating and scrape coating. Elastic bandage is suit for spray coating. In our coating machine, the main control system is use PLC and human machine interface, if use spray coating, the coating gram per m² is vary from 1 gram to 25 gram, the coating quantity can be inputted at the interface. The tension control system may be servo transducer fit with dancer roller or powder magnetism clutch and arrester. The tension value can be inputted at the interface.
