Helicheng specializes in the design and manufacture of stamping molds, stamping parts, non-standard fasteners, machine parts and silver contacts.

Led by an engineer with over 40 years' experience, our R&D team excels in the design of molds and hardware and electronic parts. Their prototypes are produced in our four specialized stamping, non-standard fasteners, machine parts and silver contact workshops. Filled with ultra-precise machinery from Japan and Taiwan, these facilities turn out 300, 000 stamping parts with a thickness of. 01mm to 3mm and a minimum tolerance of +0. 001mm & -0. 001mm each day. We also produce 20, 000kg of electric contacts monthly, suitable for use in relays, timers, AC contactors, thermostats, switches and other electronics devices.

All our products are ROHS compliant and inspected using the latest testing devices, including universal precision projectors, ASTM electric contact testers and Olympus metallographic analysis instruments.
