Ltd., with Metal Refiners (Asia) Ltd., and Baiyin Nonferrous Metal Company to produce flotation reagent and water disposal. NINGSHI also found Shenzhen Ganli Chemical Ind. Co. Ltd. with Hong Kong Libicheng Co.Ltd. (With 49% shares).
