ZhuWei New Material Science and Technology Co. , Ltd. of QingZhou City is located in QingZhou City, the hinterland of ShanDong Peninsula. The company is one of the largest scale costing company domestically to manufacture many kinds of products with full mould casting technology.
The company covers 86, 000m2 area with 25, 000m2 building area, including full mould casting, moulding, sand mould casting, clearing up, heat treatment, machining, forging and mould making workshops. There are more than 80 sets of main equipments including cupola, intermediate frequency furnace, production line with production capacity manufacturing 13, 000 tons full mould casting in company. There are ?5, 000, 000. (RMB) total investment having 35 KW (transformer) substation with 9, 000KVA capacity, system of supplying heat, gas and water having a boiler room with steam and hot water boiler, air compressor station in the company.
There are 600 staff in the company including 60 engineering technical personnel to design mould with CAD having high efficiency and good quality for designs.

The company manufactures grey iron, nodular cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel casting and forging parts for engineering machine, automobile and construction of city with advanced production technology, meanwhile we also manufacture casting wash used in this technology. The production practice has proved that this technology is advanced with high precision, smooth surface, good stability, high rate of finished product, and it has got high production efficiency, low cost. It is a green revolution project of casting industry without any pollution.
The company had a plan to manufacture 10, 000 tons products in 2002. The annual output will reach 25, 000 tons to meet the high-speed development of the market abroad and domestically in 2005 and 50, 000 tons in 2010. The products have exported to Korea and built cooperation relation with Japan, German except supplying domestic market.
