Shandong Guanlu Real Estate Group is a large comprehensive enterprise engaged in construction, building materials, industry, commerce and trade, and dietetic service. With the Bureau of the Directors at the core, there are 4 big groups, which consist of 58 independent corporate enterprises. The total capital now is over 100 million.

Guanlu Building Group has been plying in design, construction and housing developing, and has been dubbed the certificate of First Class Technical Aptitude for industrial and civil constructions, and the certificate of Second Class General Contractor Aptitude. In Shandong Province, it has been constructing in Linyi, Jinan, Qingdao, Dezhou, Jining, and also in other provinces such as Beijing, Tianjing, Shanghai, Anhui, Chongqing and Xingjang.

Over these years, the group has been awarded many medals for many of its projects, such as Luban Cup, Gold by Construction Department, White Yulan Cup and Yimeng Cup. It won the First of High Quality Construction in Linyi City for 2000. In 1998, it passed the accreditation of ISO9002 Standard, and was listed among the Top One Hundred Construction Enterprises of China, and got the over-all rights of contract for project and service.

"Wante" brand cement, the leading product of Guanlu Cement Industry, has passed the accreditation of ISO 9002 Standard. And the annual output is over 1 million MT. It has not only monopolized the local markets, but also been sold to provinces around, and been exported to South East Asia. Guanlu Cement Industry has set up many branches in Qingdao, Yantai and some other cities.
