The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency shall be incorporated under the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency Law (hereinafter referred to as ?the Law?),and is to contribute to the development of the national economy by performing survey & marketing in overseas markets, by initiating export-import transactions, and by providing for assistance to investment and industrial technology cooperation between domestic and foreign firms on a non-profit basis.
