Bioresource Inc. was founded in April 2000 with the vision of building nature-friendly biotechnology company.

We set up a plant for producing functional natural product including glucosamine oligosaccharide at Suncheo
n, Chonnam in June 2001. We established our Bioresource Institute for biotechnology October 2001 to concentrate on R&D. We were designated a High-Tech Venture Company by the Small and Medium Business Administration in July 2001 and also selected as an INNO-BIZ company. Our multi-functional ligosaccharide was showcased at the Osong International Bio-Expo in September 2002.
