Founded in 1998, Gingko Metal Products (H. K. ) Ltd specializes in designing and manufacturing stamping dies and metal parts. We serve a diverse customer base in many industries, such as auto, electronics, telecommunication, appliance and office supplies; Toyota, Toshiba, Panasonic, Sony, IBM, Canon and Flextronics are some of our major buyers. Every month, we export $200, 000 worth of items to the US, Canada, Europe and Japan. Our product range includes auto part, computer housings, printer and copier fittings, decks, and various plate springs for metal dies.
Our company incorporates a completely integrated in-house manufacturing system - from design, tooling and pressing to assembly and QC testing. Equipped with 50 pressing machine ranging from 16 to 300 tons capacity and advanced EDM equipment and CNC machining from Japan in our 15, 000-square meter-factory, we can produce 150 to 200 units every month.
We have three departments respectively take charge of appliance and auto parts dies, stationery dies and digital port dies.
