Its major steelmaking equipments are one 30 tons electric arc furnace (HX-30type) and one 30 tons Ladle furnace (LF-30type).Its major steelcasting equipments are 5 set of continuous sand mixing machines for making sand model and core and a set of machines for used resin bonded sand reclamation. Steelcasting technology is called a-set, Its heat-treatment equipments are 3 flatbed furnaces with natural gas. Total ability of overhead traveling cranes is 460 tons, including 450t/10t.
The equipment and technology of the company will be domestic leading level, and the productive capacity will be
80,000 tons every year including a 20,000?30,000 tons steelcasting weight from 0.5?50 tons and ingot weight from 0.5?30 tons of carbon steels, manganese steels, wear-resisting steels, heat-resistant steels, corrosion-resistant steels, stainless steels and super low carbon stainless steels etc, products will meet the industrial demand of ship, space flight, power, metallurgy, chemistry, railway, automobile etc.
