KV Technology Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong company with a large plastic injection mold factory in Mainland China.
We have equipped with 7 high speed CNC machine center, 13 CNC machine centre, 2 Minor EDM, 28 ZNC EDM, 45 millers, 3 spotting machines and 23 injection machine from 50tons to 1300tons, the weight of max mold we can make up to 40 metric tons.
Our location allows us to make very high quality plastic injection molds and molded parts at a very competitive price. Our factory is ISO9001 certified and our technical experts have over 15 years experience with injection mold products. And also we have been a member of HK mould council since 1998. Last year we made about 800 molds and 60% exported all over the world. Our customers include Toyota, Fiat, VW, VOLVO, Philips, Harman, TTI, WIK, etc.
Because we are a customer-oriented company, we make every effort to help our customers produce the best mold design possible. We understand western business and focus on fast, on-time delivery. We can use DME and Hasco standard components as per customer requested.
